Salary: € 2.800 – € 5.500

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products and operations comply with regulations and standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement compliance measures.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain knowledge of regulatory requirements for innovation
• Monitor and evaluate regulatory changes and requirements of classification bodies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulations and standards
• Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies
• Develop and maintain documentation for compliance activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in compliance or related field
• Strong understanding of maritime regulations and standards
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Fluent in Dutch and English
• Experience with marine projects and class societies is a plus
