Job Description:

As an Office Manager with Financial comptences, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of our office environment while leveraging your financial expertise to optimize our financial processes.

    • Financial Oversight and Reporting:

      • Manage financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, and expense tracking.
      • Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for management review and decision-making.
      • Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.

    • Office Operations Management:

      • Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
      • Streamline administrative processes and implement best practices for improved workflow.
      • Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships to maintain a well-functioning workplace.

    • Team Coordination and Support:

      • Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance, support, and training as needed.
      • Collaborate with various teams to facilitate cross-functional communication and cooperation.
      • Foster a positive and productive work environment by promoting effective communication and teamwork.

    • Compliance and Legal Compliance:

      • Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements related to finance and office management.
      • Work closely with the compliance team to implement and enforce company policies and procedures.


    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar position or related field
    • Experience with financial software (Exact Online is a pre).
    • Knowledge of sustainable energy, fuel cells, hydrogen technology, or related areas is a plus.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Good communication skills and a team player.
    • Proactive attitude and enthusiasm for innovation.
    • Fluent in Dutch and English.
    • Ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously
