Job Description:
As an Office Manager with Financial comptences, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of our office environment while leveraging your financial expertise to optimize our financial processes.

Responsibilities:
Financial Oversight and Reporting:
- Manage financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, and expense tracking.
- Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for management review and decision-making.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
Office Operations Management:
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Streamline administrative processes and implement best practices for improved workflow.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships to maintain a well-functioning workplace.
Team Coordination and Support:
- Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance, support, and training as needed.
- Collaborate with various teams to facilitate cross-functional communication and cooperation.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment by promoting effective communication and teamwork.
Compliance and Legal Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements related to finance and office management.
- Work closely with the compliance team to implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar position or related field
- Experience with financial software (Exact Online is a pre).
- Knowledge of sustainable energy, fuel cells, hydrogen technology, or related areas is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and a team player.
- Proactive attitude and enthusiasm for innovation.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- Ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously
