We are seeking a skilled and motivated Software Engineer with a focus on industrial automation and SCADA to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and implementing software solutions for industrial automation and SCADA systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that products meet specifications and are delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and implement software solutions for industrial automation and SCADA systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design software solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve software issues during the development process
• Conduct software testing and validation to ensure product functionality and performance
• Develop and maintain documentation for software solutions
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in industrial automation and SCADA technology

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in software engineering or related field
• Strong understanding of industrial automation and SCADA systems
• Proficient in programming languages such as C, Java, Python, IEC 61131-3
• Familiarity with software development tools such as Git, JIRA, and Jenkins
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Fluent in Dutch and English
• Experience in maritime sectors is a plus
